Contract

A contract detailing our general terms and conditions will be agreed at the commencement of any engagement to which they apply. The contract will set out the competent courts and law applicable to the engagement, the price or means of establishing the price and the main features of the relevant service(s). There is no after-sales guarantee not imposed by law.

Professional indemnity insurance

We maintain global professional indemnity insurance cover. The programme is led by Lloyd’s Syndicate 1609 (Mosaic) and the primary placement is supported by various Underwriters at Lloyd’s, London and certain insurance companies.
