Nothing in these Conditions of Use purports to exclude, limit or restrict our liability to a Club Vita Subscriber for its access to and use of Vita Products beyond those exclusions and limitations already set out in the Club Vita Rules.

Nothing in these Conditions of Use purports to exclude, limit or restrict our liability to any third party for any materials referenced or downloaded (including any Vita Products) beyond those exclusions and limitations contained in the reliances and limitations set out on such materials.

Third party sites

Reference may be made and hypertext links provided within this Site to world wide websites maintained by third parties (each a "Third Party Site").

We have no control over Third Party Sites and do not endorse or approve the content of any Third Party Site. We make no warranties, representations or undertakings about (including, without limitation, any as to the quality, accuracy, completeness, timeliness or fitness for any particular purpose of such content) of any Third Party Site.

Nothing in this Site shall be construed as conferring any right to any copyright, trade mark or other proprietary interest of the Club Vita group or any third party.

Trade mark information

A listing of all United Kingdom registered and unregistered trade marks owned or licensed by Club Vita IP LLP on behalf of the Club Vita group is available on request. We may update this list from time to time and it is not intended to be comprehensive. The fact that a mark is not listed does not mean that the Club Vita group and/or our licensors do not use the mark or that the product or service to which the mark pertains is not actively marketed. All trade marked names and/or logos, whether indicated as such or not or whether included in the list or not, is the property is the property of Club Vita IP LLP on behalf of the Club Vita group (or that of our licensor) and nothing contained in these Conditions of Use should be construed as granting any licence or right to use any of the trade marks without the prior written consent of an entity of the Club Vita group.

Remedies
